From 2007, GBRW has been successfully serving the Asian financial sector

The region's huge population and high economic growth rate have created unique challenge's for Asia's financial sector.

GBRW has been working with clients in Asia since 2007, including countries as diverse as China, Mongolia, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. Asian banks are presented with major growth opportunities but these can only be realised through a strategic approach and a methodical approach to execution. Failure to do so is often revealed in uncomfortable levels of problem loans, which are becoming apparent even in periods of high economic growth.

Most countries are also over-banked, and competitive pressures mean that a shake-out will continue. This means finding new markets and products, particularly in the under-banked SME and commercial segments. Banks will also need to reinforce customer loyalty and share of wallet through improved Customer Relationship Management.
